Frequently Asked Questions

Are we allowed to come in to the venue early to set up?
-
You will be allowed in to the venue 15 mins before that start of the party to set up.

Do we need to complete a waiver form?
-
A waiver form needs to be completed for any participants who have not participated in our classes before. CLICK HERE - for our waiver form.

Terms and Conditions
-
If you cancel within 28 days of your scheduled party, the cancellation fee is the full amount paid for the party package at the time of booking.

We do not offer an option to reschedule and you will forfeit your party package fee within this time frame.

You will also be charged for any decorations, food & cake or additional catering charges already incurred and or committed to on behalf of your party.

Any cancellation made before 28 days of your party date will incur a fee of $295 (party 1,2 3) or $595 for (platinum 1,2,3). Alternatively a rescheduling option is available in this time frame and a fee of $99 will be charged for rescheduling.

Our total capacity of guests in the venue at any one time is 40 people. If the total guest number exceeds 80 people, any additional adults will be asked to move into the foyer area. In the interest of health and safety, the staff may also request that some adults leave the premise and return at the conclusion of the party, if the capacity limits are exceeded.

This is a legal requirement for the safety of participants in the venue. Please remember that our venue is licensed for a maximum of 40 kids and a maximum of 1 parent per child can attend. Drop off for 5+ is preferred -we ask that you please respect this capacity.
